    Additional charge of $.50 per pound grinding/stuffing fee for the ground beef.

Additional Processing Infromation

PORK

All sausage is packaged in 1 pound bags. Additional fees apply for brats, sausage links, additional cheese, or special requests.

All sausage and brats require a minimum of 10 lbs for selected flavors. When requesting links there is an additional $20 charge per 10 lbs, all brats are an additional $50 per 10 lbs due to the cost of specialized seasoning.

Seasonings Offered:

Sausage: Hot, Mild, Breakfast, Italian, Chedder Garlic (additional $20)

Brats: Chedder Garlic, Jalapeno Chedder

Pork Rubs Offered:

Maple: Full flavor maple rub

Blackened: Dark and Deep flavor using coffee and molasses to pull out all the flavors of your meat

Original/Fresh: This is plain smoked bacon with no additional rub flavoring

LAMB, Goat, Mutton

There is an additional fee of $20 to keep/store the hide and an additional fee of $40 for a cape.

Beef

There is an additional charge of $.50 per pound for vacuum sealed and $1.10 per pound of ground beef. All ground beef is packaged in 1 lb bags.
